Introduction These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “GCU”) govern access to and use of the polytranslate.net website (hereinafter the “Site”), as well as the use of the translation plugin automatic provided by the Site for the WordPress content management system (hereinafter the “Plugin”). Access to and use of the Site and the Plugin imply full acceptance of the T&Cs by the user (hereinafter the “User”).

Object The Site and the Plugin are provided by Freudix SASU , a company registered (hereinafter the “Company”) whose registered office is located at : 1 Rue de Stockholm
75008 Paris (FRANCE) . The Site offers an automatic translation service for the WordPress content management system. The use of the Site and the Plugin is reserved for natural and legal persons who have previously accepted the T&Cs.

Access and use of the Site and the Plugin Access to the Site and the Plugin is free, subject to contrary provisions of the T&Cs. The User undertakes to use the Site and the Plugin in accordance with these T&Cs, the laws and regulations in force and the good practices in force on the Internet. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site and the Plugin, without notice or compensation, in the event of violation of the T&Cs by the User.

Intellectual property The Site and the Plugin are protected by the laws relating to intellectual property in force throughout the world. The Company retains all of the intellectual property rights relating to the Site and the Plugin, including the rights of reproduction, distribution and representation. Any use, reproduction or representation of the Site and the Plugin, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Company. Responsibility The Company cannot be held responsible for any prejudice resulting from the use of the Site or the Plugin. The Company does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness or relevance of the information and content offered on the Site or by the Plugin. The User is solely responsible for the use he makes of the Site and the Plugin.

Modification of the T&Cs The Company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The modifications will be published on the Site and will be applicable as soon as they are published. It is up to the User to read the T&Cs each time the Site and the Plugin are used.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction These T&Cs are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs will be submitted to the competent courts of PARIS.
